HAZELDEN BETTY FORD FOUNDATION

75th Anniversary Communications

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF), the nation’s leading force of healing and hope for individuals impacted by substance use and mental health conditions, celebrated 75 years of groundbreaking leadership with a three-day National Recovery Weekend. The event culminated in the exclusive “Still Breaking Through Gala,” honoring HBFF’s influential history while raising critical funds to expand its mission and support ecosystem.

Korzenowski Design was selected to create a suite of high-impact pre-event and event materials targeting a VIP audience of corporate donors, private individuals, and alumni. In the lead-up to the gala, we developed a full set of pre-event materials aimed at soliciting sponsorships and talent. These included sponsor benefit overviews, FAQ documents, sponsor commitment forms, and calendars of event forms. Additionally, we crafted personalized video message emails, inviting high-profile individuals to participate in the event.

Our design work needed to stand out while adhering to HBFF’s newly updated brand guidelines and graphic system. Working within a tight timeline and budget, we had to ensure all materials captured attention, generated excitement, and conveyed the importance of HBFF’s mission.

Korzenowski Design collaborated closely with HBFF’s marketing and development teams to deliver a cohesive, on-brand solution that resonated with their high-profile audience. Beyond the invitation package, we designed additional materials, including advertising, email templates, web and social media assets, stage presentations, event signage (interior and exterior), posters, promotional giveaways, and more.
