Korzenowski Design – The Wesleyan, internal branding

THE WESLEYAN SENIOR LIVING AND HEALTHCARE

Internal Branding

By aligning values, vision, and culture, an internal brand campaign cultivates a unified workforce committed to the company’s objectives. This sense of belonging enhances employee engagement, leading to increased productivity and innovation.

Moreover, a well-executed internal branding initiative nurtures a positive work environment, boosting morale and retention rates.

The Wesleyan provides independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. The Wesleyan aimed to both inspire current staff and attract new talent by highlighting the unique nature of their work and the impact individuals can make.

At The Wesleyan, the heart of their workplace culture lies in personal connections with residents. Emphasizing the importance of treating teammates well, the mantra “You Make It Matter” embodies their values and fosters a sense of purpose and passion among employees.

The symbol was inspired by the arch detail on the windows of their chapel and complements the architectural influence in the graphic symbol of The Wesleyan master brand. The arch symbolizes the care continuum or circle of care. The detail of the bricks also represents a career pathway.

The vibrant orange color complements the brand color palette. The look is used in a wide range of materials that touch current and future employees including on-boarding materials, news blasts, employee newsletter, recruitment advertising, and various print and digital communications.

If you want to demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to contribute their best work – we can help.
